Point Reyes Lighthouse

On Monday, me, Xeng, and Stephanie went to Point Reyes National Seashore's lighthouse. It took about 3 hours to get there since it was at the very edge of the Pacific Ocean. On the drive there, I was a cow ranch and was surprised to see one so close to the ocean. I guess it helps blows away the smells.

When we arrived, there was a small parking lot and we had to park there and walk to the lighthouse. The walk to the lighthouse was pretty nice. It had a view of the beach and rock plants. Also, it wasn't too long of a walk.

While walking to the lighthouse, we noticed a gift shop and also this old fossil!

I noticed this tree and I thought it was so cute!!!

I love the color of the ocean. Although blue isn't my favorite color, I thought it was a beautiful blue color.

Before we came, Xeng warned me that there would be 308 steps to the lighthouse. I was kind of shocked since I didn't expect that. But, we all decided to walk down to the lighthouse regardless.

Walking down to the lighthouse was easy, but walking back up was a bit harder.

Point Reyes Lighthouse was the 1st lighthouse I been to and I found it small and short. I imagine a much taller lighthouse. I don't know if the lighthouse was still in operation or not since it looked pretty old and worn out and there was no lights on.

After checking out the lighthouse, we went back to Sacramento and met up with Kristine at Mo Du Rang Korean restaurant. I like the side dishes there and the appetizer that Xeng ordered. I didn't like the spicy chicken so much though since it was way to big and I didn't like the sauce. I think next time I would just stick with the bulgogi.
